Our Objectives

To develop a sound understanding of child growth, development and early childhood education, so that every teaching decision is grounded in how children actually learn.
To equip trainees with child-centred, play-based and activity-oriented teaching methodologies suited to the pre-primary classroom.
To foster knowledge of child health, nutrition, safety and well-being — a teacher of young children is responsible for far more than the lesson.
To develop skills in planning, organising and implementing developmentally appropriate preschool programmes across the whole year.
To enable trainees to create safe, inclusive, stimulating and joyful learning environments in which every child is willing to try.
To strengthen effective communication, creativity and the preparation of teaching-learning materials — charts, flashcards, worksheets and low-cost aids.
To promote collaboration with parents and the community in supporting children’s holistic development.
To cultivate professional competence, ethical values, leadership and a commitment to lifelong learning.
To build stage and classroom confidence through micro-teaching, seminars, workshops, yoga and personality development programmes.
